Games & chips
Yes — and they stay that way. Every table on Lifes a Gambol is played for free chips: you can’t bet real money at any table and you can’t win any. There is nothing to deposit, nothing to cash out and nothing to win but the game itself and a spot on the boards.
Don't lose your money gambling. Gambol for fun, gambol for free. A community for players who just love the game.
Fourteen games, all free. Poker — Hold'em, Omaha (four- and five-card, and Hi-Lo), Short Deck, Seven-Card Stud, Stud Hi-Lo and Razz, at cash tables, sit-and-gos, tournaments and Lightning fast-fold — plus blackjack, gin rummy, backgammon, spades, craps, roulette, baccarat, three card poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, pai gow poker, Open Face Chinese, let it ride and Caribbean stud. They all live on the Games page.
Every table plays by the official rules, and the casino tables carry the exact rule card and pay table they use — tap Rules at the table.
One bankroll follows you to every game. Whenever you are under 10,000 chips, a free Free Top-Up tops you back up to 10,000 — once every 24 hours. Tap the chip counter at the top of any page (or at any table) to claim it and to see the timer.
Chips cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or traded for anything. They are the scorekeeping, not the prize.
Busted with hours still on the timer? Skip the Wait brings your Free Top-Up forward — you are back at 10,000 chips right now for $1.99, and the 24-hour clock restarts. It is the only thing at the tables that costs anything, and you never need it: the free top-up always comes around.
Every skip helps keep the lights on around here. Thank you ☘
Both. Real players sit down whenever they are around, and at the Micro tables — the lowest stake — house regulars (bots) fill the empty seats so a game is always ready to go; they play by the same rules you do. Above Micro it is real players only, so the bigger tables are quieter until people arrive. At the casino tables (blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, three card poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, pai gow poker, let it ride, Caribbean stud) it is you against the house.
Yes — a free one. Sign in, or create an account in about ten seconds, and your chips, your results and your place on the boards are saved. One account works everywhere on the site, games included.
Every game keeps a ledger of who is up. Win chips at a table and you climb it; the boards on the Games page show the day, the week, the month and all time.
Every Monday the top three on each game's weekly board get a bonus — 20,000, 10,000 and 5,000 free chips. Bragging rights and chips only; there are no cash prizes, and there never will be.
Lifes a Gambol is for adults. Poker, gin rummy, backgammon, spades and Open Face Chinese are 18 and over. The casino-style tables — blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, three card poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, pai gow poker, let it ride and Caribbean stud — are 21 and over, even with free chips. You give your date of birth once, when you create your account, and the casino tables stay locked until you are 21.
Tell us. Tap the red flag in the top bar — it is on every page and every table — and say what happened; it sends the game, the table and the moment along with your note. Or send a note from the contact page. We look into every one and put right anything the site got wrong.
Shop & orders
Every item in our shop is made to order — we don't carry inventory, so each piece is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 1-3 business days (24-72 hours), plus another 2-5 business days shipping within the US. Total US delivery usually runs 3-8 business days from order.
Custom items may take longer — the product page notes anything unusual. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Because every item is made to order, international timelines are production (1–3 business days) plus shipping (typically 10–30 business days) depending on your location and customs processing.
A small number of destinations are temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions; if yours is affected, checkout will let you know before you pay. You're responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country on arrival.
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size chosen, or wrong color chosen — please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
The exception: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to report the issue with photos — free replacement or refund, your call. Full details on our Returns page.
Your order moves through two stages — production, then shipping. Once it ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of every order, including tracking, on your account page.
Orders can enter production quickly, so if you need to cancel or modify, reach out as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, we can't stop it.
Checkout is handled by PayPal, which means you can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), your PayPal balance, or PayPal's pay-later options. We never see or store your card number.
We're sorry that happened. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (the item and the packaging if possible). We'll make it right — free replacement or refund, your call.
Your account
Click Sign In in the top-right corner of any page, switch to the "Create Account" tab, and enter a player name, your email, a password and your date of birth. You'll be signed in instantly, with your first 10,000 chips waiting. You can also create your account right at any table.
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.
From your account page, go to the Profile tab to change your username, display name, and other details. Go to the Security tab to change your email (it requires re-entering your password for safety).
From your account page, go to Security and scroll to "Delete account." It is permanent: your profile, chips, chip history, poker hands, friends list and leaderboard rows all go. Messages you sent stay in the other player's inbox, and what you said at the tables and in the Watch Live chat stays in the site's moderation record — both under the name "Deleted player". Order records are retained for tax purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.
