Shop & orders
Every item in our shop is made to order — we don't carry inventory, so each piece is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 1-3 business days (24-72 hours), plus another 2-5 business days shipping within the US. Total US delivery usually runs 3-8 business days from order.
Custom items may take longer — the product page notes anything unusual. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Because every item is made to order, international timelines are production (1–3 business days) plus shipping (typically 10–30 business days) depending on your location and customs processing.
A small number of destinations are temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions; if yours is affected, checkout will let you know before you pay. You're responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country on arrival.
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size chosen, or wrong color chosen — please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
The exception: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing error, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to report the issue with photos — free replacement or refund, your call. Full details on our Returns page.
Your order moves through two stages — production, then shipping. Once it ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of every order, including tracking, on your account page.
Orders can enter production quickly, so if you need to cancel or modify, reach out as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, we can't stop it.
Checkout is handled by PayPal, which means you can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), your PayPal balance, or PayPal's pay-later options. We never see or store your card number.
We're sorry that happened. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (the item and the packaging if possible). We'll make it right — free replacement or refund, your call.
Custom services
We're a design studio specialized in gambling and poker. We take on custom playing card artwork, poker table felt designs, apparel graphics, memorabilia concepts, branding for card rooms and poker events, business card design, event signage, and full website design. We'll take on non-gambling projects too, but our niche and our strongest work is in this space.
You always walk away with the full design — source files, working files, and full copyright, yours forever. From there, you can take the design to any printer you like, or we can handle the printing and fabrication in-house as a one-stop turnaround. And if you get a better quote from a legit competitor, we'll match it — no haggling, no fine print.
Either way, no strings attached. The files are yours. The print job is your call. The best next step is to send us a message describing what you have in mind, and we'll scope the project from there. More details on the Custom Services page.
The standard flow:
- Discovery — we talk through your goals, audience, and any brand assets you already have.
- Proposal & deposit — we send a written project agreement with scope, timeline, revisions, and price. Most projects require a 50% deposit to start.
- Concepts & revisions — we share initial designs, you give feedback, we refine.
- Final delivery — on full payment, you receive the final deliverables and you own the work outright.
It depends entirely on scope. A single design deliverable (a logo, a business card layout, one set of card artwork) starts in the low hundreds; a full brand identity or custom website runs into the thousands. We quote every project in writing before any work begins — reach out with what you're thinking and we'll give you a clear number.
Single-deliverable design jobs (a logo, a business card layout, a set of card designs) typically wrap in 2–3 weeks. Full brand identity projects and websites take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly we get feedback. We commit to a timeline in writing in every project agreement.
You do. On full payment, the work is yours — full copyright, source files, working files, and any unused concepts from the project. No license restrictions, no residual rights held back by us. You can use it, modify it, extend it, or resell it however you want. The only thing we keep is the right to mention we did the work in our portfolio, and if you'd prefer we don't, just tell us in writing and we won't. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Community & meetups
Yes — the forum is free to join. Because Lifes a Gambol is a gambling-related site, account creation requires you to be at least 18+, and 21+ is required to engage with any gambling content other than poker. Once you're in, you can share hands, ask for strategy advice, talk about upcoming events, or just introduce yourself at the community forum.
Most of our meetups happen in South Florida — our home room is The Big Easy, and we also run events at partnered card rooms across Dania Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and the broader Miami metro. The games themselves are run by the licensed card room under their gaming license — we organize the community side of the gathering. Exact location is shared with RSVP confirmations.
Check the meetups section of the homepage for what's coming up.
Head to our Meetups page, find the event you want on the upcoming list, and hit RSVP Free. Fill in your name, email, phone, and confirm you're 18 or older — we use that info so the card room can hold your seat and we can email you final details. If you have a Lifes a Gambol account, sign in first and your info pre-fills automatically. You can also bring guests (just select how many on the form). RSVPs are free, no deposit, and you can cancel anytime by replying to your confirmation email.
Yes — watch us on our streaming page, which pulls from Twitch and YouTube. We stream select meetups and commentary on major tournaments.

Give back
S.O.G. is our charitable partner — an independent nonprofit corporation that has applied for 501(c)(3) status (recognition pending IRS determination). S.O.G. is a separate entity from Lifes a Gambol. Lifes a Gambol is a for-profit business; S.O.G. runs the community work we help fund.
More on the Give Back page.
10% of Lifes a Gambol's profits are donated to S.O.G. When you buy something from us, your money goes to Lifes a Gambol (a for-profit business), and a portion of our profits are then donated to S.O.G., which uses them for community work.
Yes. From the Give Back page, you can chip in directly. 100% of direct donations go to S.O.G. (minus the unavoidable payment processor fees, which we try to keep as low as possible).
