- Standard shop items: return within 30 days of delivery, unworn/unused, original condition.
- Custom or personalized items: final sale — unless defective or our error.
- Custom design services: governed by your project agreement; deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Damaged on arrival: tell us within 7 days with photos, and we'll make it right.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
What's eligible for return
Standard shop items — apparel, memorabilia, accessories, playing cards, stickers — can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they're:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- In the original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).
Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
What's not returnable
- Custom or personalized products — anything with your name, logo, or custom artwork. Once we've made it for you, it's yours.
- Made-to-order items — products we only produce once you've ordered (certain poker tables, specific print runs).
- Digital products & downloads — once delivered, these can't be returned.
- Gift cards or store credit.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
If a custom item arrives with a defect or if we made an error (wrong size, wrong artwork, misprint), we absolutely will fix it — see the Damaged or wrong items section below.
How to start a return
- Contact us first. Use the contact form with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions and a return address.
- Pack it up. Use the original packaging if you can. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship it back. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defect. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't issue a refund for packages that don't arrive.
- Refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item — it's on us. Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- We'll either send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund — your call.
- You typically don't need to ship damaged items back. We'll let you know if we need them.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This keeps things fast and clear for everyone.
Exception: sizing issues on our own apparel lines. If a tee runs wrong based on our published size chart, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct size. Contact us with the details.
Custom design services
Custom design projects (branding, websites, custom products) are governed by the project agreement you signed at the start of the project, and our full Terms of Service. Key points:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel mid-project, you're responsible for payment for all work completed through the cancellation date.
- Revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Work outside that scope is billed separately at rates we'll quote before starting.
- If we make a clear error (misspelled a word on a proof you approved, delivered the wrong file format, etc.), we'll fix it at no charge.
- Dissatisfaction with the creative direction after rounds of approval is not grounds for a refund — that's why we do proofs. Speak up early.
How refunds work
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. We can't refund to a different card or account.
- Processing takes 5-10 business days on our end once the return is received and approved. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2-5 business days.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, we refund to store credit.
- Shipping fees from the original order are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may apply to items returned in a condition worse than they shipped.
International orders
For international orders, the same return window applies, but you're responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Original shipping and import duties paid to your country's customs office are not refundable by us — you'll need to contact your customs office directly for any duty refund.
Sale items & promo codes
Sale items follow the same return rules as full-price items unless specifically marked "Final Sale." If you return an item bought with a promo code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid — the discount doesn't stack with the return.
